Vamos a receita .................&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Frango Dourado:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;1 frango pequeno&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tempero:&lt;br /&gt;1 xícara de vinho branco seco&lt;br /&gt;5 colheres bem cheia de tempero batido de cebola e alho&lt;br /&gt;1/2 pacote de creme de cebola&lt;br /&gt;sal à gosto&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Modo de Fazer:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Na forma que você irá assar o frango coloque todos os ingredientes do tempero e misture. Depois de gelada a massa modelar em forminhas de tortinhas, espetar com um garfo a parte central da forminha e deixar assar até dourar.Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Creme&lt;/strong&gt; :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/2 litro de leite&lt;br /&gt;250 grs de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;75 grs de farinha&lt;br /&gt;4 gemas&lt;br /&gt;1 pitada de baunilha&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Modo de Fazer&lt;/strong&gt; : Colocar todos ingredientes em uma panela ( não esquecendo de diluir a farinha em uma parte do leite e açúcar para não empelotar), e deixar até engrossar. Coloque esta mistura no recipiente da batedeira planetária e junte os seguintes ingredientes sempre batendo, acrescente a farinha e o fermento seco misturado com um pouco de farinha e vá batendo até chegar no ponto de véu. Deixe a massa crescer dentro de um saquinho.&lt;br /&gt;Depois que a massa cresceu divida-a em 8 partes, separe uma parte e abra com um rolo e deixe-a com +- 4 cm de largura e +- 20 cm de comprimento, com um pincel passe manteiga, pouvilhe canela com açúcar e espalhe u pouco de crocante por cima, enrole para que a massa dique que nem um rocambole fino, com uma espátula corte ao meio este rocambole no sentido horizontal e depois disso trance e una as pontas para que a rosca fique pronta, coloque numa forma untada com margarina e farinha e deixe crescer novamente. Faça o mesmo com o restante da massa.
